Exchange Process

Step 1: Search for and choose items

After entering 91 Shell Center, you can search for your desired items according to item categories and get to know the details about items you’re searching for.

Step 2: Put into Shopping Cart

If you’re logged in, simply click “Add to Shopping Cart” or “Exchange Now” next to the target item to put the item into the shopping cart.

If you’re no logged in, you’ll be prompted: “Please login first”.

Step 3: Fill out receiver information

1. Check your exchange list.

2. Fill out delivery information accurately.

3. Select delivery method

Step 4: Confirm order information

After completing the receiver information accurately, click “Next” to reconfirm that the information you’ve provided is accurate.

Having reconfirmed all the related information, click “Next” to submit the order and complete the item exchange process.

Step 5: Once the exchange process is completed successfully, the order handling process starts. 91 Shell Center has a set of strict control methods related to order handling so as to ensure the orders can be handled in a timely and effective manner and maximize users’ satisfaction.

*Please ensure the completeness, authenticity and accuracy of the receiver information. Losses arising from fake or incorrect information provided by the user, including, without limitation, the user fails to receive the target item or fails to receive services due to incorrect identity information, etc) shall be borne by the user him/herself.If the target item is Games Point Card, please include the related game account and server information in the receiver information, so that the official staff can credit your account.

Detailed Rules

1. Shell can be exchanged for any items available in 91 Shell Center, including in-game virtual items and real items.

2. Currently, the Real Item Exchange section is only open to users residing in America.

3. Certain amounts of shells have to be paid for the express delivery related to the target item. Please check out the Delivery Service for details.

4. Please feel free to contact Customer Service Center via us91com@91.com if you find any quality problems when you receive the item(s) from us.

5. Arrival Time of Item(s):

Virtual Goods - the order will be reviewed within 2 working days and the card will be credited into your account within 6-10 working days after the order being approved.

Physical Goods - the order will be reviewed within 2 working days and the target item will be delivered within 10 working days after the order being approved. It will take about 3 - 10 days for the item(s) to arrive at your address.

There will be a pm notice in 91 message Center as soon as the item is delivered. So, please be patient and pay close attention to our message notice in 91 message Center

6. If the given address is beyond the service area of the express delivery company designated by the user, we’ll return the order and as well as all the related shells. A PM will also be sent to the user, informing him/her of the reasons for returning the order and suggesting him/her to select a suitable delivery method.

Order Status

1. To be Confirmed by 91 Staff: item not delivered. 91 Staff has received the order and is reviewing the related information.

2. To be Delivered by 91 Staff: item not delivered. 91 Staff has approved the order, and is preparing to deliver the item.

3. Receipt to be Confirmed by User: item delivered. The item has been delivered successfully.

4. Cancelled: the order is cancelled due to some reason after being reviewed by 91 Staff. The reasons for order cancellation should show in your order notes. The corresponding item won’t be delivered and all the related shells will be returned to the user as well.
